iMOVE
Training - Made in Germany
iMOVE is an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research located at the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training in Bonn. Its aim is to promote bilateral cooperation and business relations with Germany in the field of vocational, technical and professional training. Therefore, iMOVE supports the internationalisation of German education and training providers by a broad range of services like market studies, seminars, workshops and networking events as well as delegation visits and trade fair representations abroad.
Since its foundation in 2001, the number of members of the iMOVE network has risen constantly reflecting the growing interest in international activities. Members of the network are several hundred private and public training providers. iMOVE also cooperates with leading institutions in vocational education and training and business associations. As a non profit governmental service provider, iMOVE has close links to different ministries on the federal and state level.
Besides promoting the internationalisation of German training providers, iMOVE raises awareness and informs about German competence in the field of training. For international training providers with interest in business contacts with German partners as well as for governments and enterprises abroad with training demand in specific fields, iMOVE can be the gateway to “Training - Made in Germany” and assist in identifying competent partners in Germany.
